While we do our best to remove every stain, some stains have become permanent as a result of time and prior treatment. We will be upfront and explain the results you can expect. When we think we may encounter an issue before, during, or after your cleaning, we will communicate our concerns with you. Exceptional customer service is the foundation of our firm.
